Bearnet replaces the Parents’ Web site

Notice to TCS Parents:

To further streamline the School’s online learning and communication tools, the Parents’ Web site has been disbanded and all parent-specific information has been moved to Angel Bearnet, the same online tool that our students and employees use. The new parents portal – to be called simply “Bearnet” – will provide easy access to the familiar information from the Parents’ Web site as well as additional sources of information of interest to parents.

A general login has been set up for parents and was communicated most recently in the June 17th Parents’ Newsletter; you will need this new login information to access Bearnet. If you don’t already have this login information, please contact the IT Helpdesk: helpdesk@tcs.on.ca or 905-885-3217 ext. 1666

Once you login to Bearnet, please feel free to explore the resources available to you! Visit the Parent Corner and Guidance link which offer a wealth of information for parents and students in all grades. You will also find the Library Resources page full of great databases and our library card catalogue.

We hope that this new tool will make accessing information easier while giving you a taste of the learning management system that you child is using daily! Should you have any challenges or questions relating to Bearnet, please contact helpdesk@tcs.on.ca

Report Cards: Please note that when accessing report cards from Bearnet, you will still be required to use the specific username and password that you have been using to login into the Parents’ Web site. This is how we protect confidential information specific to your child.
